Delivery Policy

At Love at First Bite, we love bringing sweetness right to your door!

Delivery Schedule:

Deliveries go out Tuesdays and Fridays, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

Order Deadline:

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the delivery day.

Delivery Fee:

Standard delivery fee: $5.00

Fee waived on orders of $50 or more.

Delivery Area:

We currently deliver within the Lawrence, Kansas city limits only.

Please Note:

If no one is available, we’ll contact you once; otherwise, the order will be held for pickup.

Delivery times may vary based on order volume and traffic.

Please Note:

Orders not picked up during the scheduled time may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Because our desserts are made fresh to order, we cannot guarantee freshness beyond the scheduled pickup day.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Every dessert from Love at First Bite is baked fresh with care — because of that, we have the following policy:

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placing your order for a partial refund.

After 24 hours, ingredients and preparation may have begun, so no refunds will be issued.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds on delivered or picked-up desserts unless there is a clear issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damage during delivery).

If there’s a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make it right.


How to Order:

Payment is required to confirm your order. Unpaid orders will not be processed.

Processing Time:

Each dessert is made fresh to order.

Please allow 48 hours’ notice for all orders.


Bulk/Custom Orders:

Large or custom dessert orders may require more advance notice. Message us to discuss details.
